Anything lower than 5 stars for this place is a bold face lie. Yea, sometimes my bagel is a lil over toasted or the coffee taste a lil off that day, but nine times out of ten it's perfect. And yes sometimes the staff can be a little Curt, but hell if I had to say "next" ten times before someone with headphones stopped blocking the line or if I had to remake the same coffee three times because a customer kept saying "pink sugar" which was interpreted as "pinch of sugar" instead of sweet n low, I'd be a little short with people as well. Don't let the quick pace and attitude of the joint put you off. The staff here are amazing and go out of their way to remember your order. Over the past few months I've become a regular here to the point where they notice when I don't get my usual and you better believe they call me out on it. Oh and their catering has saved my behind a few times for events on campus very last minute.

I've only been here once actually, but it was a pretty good experience. I got a sandwich at about 8:00 am.
This place actually seems super popular for breakfast items, since it was a little crowded when i visited. I think that a lot of people come in here for coffee and stuff, as well as bacon/egg/cheese standard kind of stuff. They do have other typical drug store items, like pain killers and etc.
I ordered a Betsy (which is chicken cutlet, cheddar, avocado, oil and vinegar). The sandwich is pretty sizable, and the vinegar is really a nice touch. They don't have much avocado it is, but that's kind of how it goes these days when you order anything with avocado. Overall, I'd come again. I think the card minimum is about $7. -

Convenient location and friendly staff, but that's pretty much it. Wasn't impressed with the bacon and egg on a bagel, plus you have to pay extra for BBQ sauce. But you aren't a real Columbia student if you haven't gone here at least once.

Generally, very tasty and large sandwiches. I recommend you stick to their set menu because they sometimes mess up custom orders. They lost two points from me for one thing, it costs 50¢ to add a slice of onion to a bacon, egg, and cheese. That is utter insanity.

Typical NYC deli. The food is pretty good and the staff is ok. I frequent this store occasionally and I never had an issue. It appears clean and tidy.
